The Ponoka and District Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that serves and represents the business community of the Ponoka and Ponoka County. The Chamber provides resources such as marketing, networking, visibility, savings and business advocacy. As the “voice of business your local Chamber of Commerce is there for you. We are the 411 for information when times are good and the 911 for help when times are difficult. We also host several community events designed to encourage a healthy economic environment for businesses. .

The Ponoka and District Chamber of Commerce works to promote and create business opportunities, foster business development, and serve as a channel for professional business relationships between members, all levels of governments and business organizations. Working with the Ponoka membership and Alberta Chamber of Commerce the Ponoka Chamber advocates and lobbies all levels of government on issues and initiatives impacting the business community in Ponoka and District.

The Ponoka and District Chamber of Commerce is an organization of businesses and residents working together to promote business and economic growth in the Town and County of Ponoka.

What is Advocacy – From meeting with elected officials to lobby on behalf of business interests to hosting forums for the public to learn about those running for office, the Chamber provides access to decision makers and insight to policy.

Making your voice heard – Each year the Ponoka & District Chamber has the opportunity to submit policies for consideration and potential approval to both the Alberta Chambers of Commerce and Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Let us know how you feel, we want to know!
